Your responsibilities will include: Providing clinical leadership and oversight to care teams Supervising Enrolled Nurses, Team Leaders and Care Services Employees Allocating duties to support safe, effective and efficient service delivery Supporting best practice in line with aged care legislation and quality standards Promoting clinical excellence and contributing to continuous improvement Supporting a respectful, resident-focused and team-based care environment About you You are a compassionate and capable Registered Nurse who brings strong clinical judgement, professionalism and a collaborative approach to care. You will bring: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Minimum 12 months’ experience in residential aged care Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of aged care legislation Sound understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation requirements Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills Empathetic, respectful and team-focused approach Flexibility to work across a rotating roster Current Australian driver’s licence and access to a registered and insured vehicle Eligibility Applicants must: Be currently residing in Australia with full working rights Be willing to undertake a Criminal History Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check in accordance with the Aged Care Act 1997 Please note sponsorship is not available for this position.
